After using over a dozen different systems without achieving a cohesive solution, founder Daniel Olsson decided to build his own. The result is Flowen – a business platform that replaces up to 14 separate SaaS services and consolidates the entire operation in one system.

EU as Architecture – Not an Add-on
Flowen is built with an EU-first structure where all data stays within Europe:
- Primary hosting: OVH, France
- Mirroring: Hetzner, Germany
- Backup: Sweden
- AI: EU-based (Mistral, Paris)
- Encryption: AES-256, end-to-end
- No data leaves Europe

Flowen was developed as an internal system and has been in continuous production since October 2025. The system is now being launched for the European market, with initial focus on Germany, France, and Poland.
